Welcome to Villa Moretic which is beautiful stone house in very private location above the pretty village, quiet bay of Zaton, offering magnificent view on crystal sea and lovely bay of Zaton.
Villa offers you three apartments of different sizes ( 12 sleeps in total), but the property can easily be rented as a whole villa. The spacious interiors are pleasant, equipped with furniture and the idyllic location adds to the overall feeling of tranquility of the villa.
Our Services
Two apartment has its own terrace with table and chairs so you can enjoy summer evenings with truly spectacular view on Zaton Bay, and behind villa is our Longue pool terrace, also perfect if you are in a larger group but want a bit more privacy.
The Longue pool terrace it’s sunbathing terrace dominate the villa’s outdoors and will certainly be a place you will spend a lots of your holidays should you choose to stay here! Laying on a sun lounger or bubbling away in the Jacuzzi area – you cannot fail to relax here. Summer kitchen with dining area and stone BBQ with equipment is neatly set next to the pool. The villa is also only 10 minutes drive from the ancient walled city of Dubrovnik so if you get bored of lounging around the pool or bathing in the sea and having BBQ then you can sight see, shop or eat in the stunning Old Town or take a trip to one of the nearby islands.
In Villa Moretic your friendly hosts will make sure that you have a most enjoyable stay and relaxed holiday with real refuge from a hectic everyday life. No matter wheather you wish to come, by plane or by ship, we have our taxi car services to pick up you at the nearest destination hub whether it be an airport or cruise terminal. We recommend arriving at the Dubrovnik airport.
During your stay the breakfast can be offered in our Pergola terrasse and you will enjoy on them and view on bay of Zaton, and you can use freely an open-air barbecue while preparing your meals. We can also provide you with some cosmetic treatment such a massage, hand, leg and bikini waxing treatment, so you can relax completely while staying in our holiday home.
Zaton bay is located approximately 8 km north-west from Dubrovnik and it is an ideal place for a pleasant holiday, from where you can easily reach the city and discover its architectural jewels. Villa Moretic’s Journey to Lush Greenery
As a appartment renting villa, we were really conscious of making the villa look attractive and green. Our villa should look like a fancy house with lovely gardens. People loved our villa and the services in appartment because it is so special and unique with traditional stoned house. But, we wanted our villa to look even more beautiful and green that could connect the people and guests with the nature and the beauty of it. Our team had an idea in their mind and the idea was to use special grass that doesn’t need water or sunlight and it can be maintained easily and yet look so pretty and beautiful. The grass called “Artificial Turf” which is a fake grass that can be handeled easily and also looks exactly like a natural grass. We got our artificial grass installed from Friendly Turf Contractors.
The contractors were really careful and they put the magic artificial grass in the villa to look it more attractive and nature friendly. Our villa was looking even more amazing and stuning. We sensed a very fresh and green that left us surprised and how the artificial turf looked exactly like a natural one. Appart from the cool and beautiful looks, there was something even cooler about this artificial grass. It helped us save so much water. Our villa was looking like it was kind to the environment by using less water and yet made look gardens pretty. As we installed the artificial turf, people from near and our guests came to see the transformed Villa Moretic and prased it a lot like how beautifully and perfectly it was installed.
